Observation

Need stickers or art work at child's eye level on back exit glass doors TV in family room must be secured to the cabinet or wall Light bulbs in bathroom lights must be shatter resistant Outlets that are not within 6ft of a water sources need to be covered with tamper resistant covers (entire licensed space) or blank plate. Push in covers are not approved. Outlets in kitchen above the counter and bathroom within 6ft of water source must be GFCI and TR(6 in kitchen, 1 in bathroom). If not used they can be covered with a non-removable plate. Paper shredder accessible to children in the family room Remove all items at infant and toddler level that may be a choking hazard (i.e. parts from board games, toys with small parts that may break off) and any items that are not age appropriate (magnetic toys for children 4 and over).
